It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Justina Marie Cooper of Saginaw, Michigan, who passed away on January 29, 2026, at the age of 37, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Justina leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Justina may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.

She was predeceased by: her grandmother Dora Cooper; her uncle William "Tutu" Cooper; and her great-grandparents, Barbara Perry and Kathrine Choyce. She is survived by: her parents, Tina Marie Diaz of Saginaw and Reginald Ray Cooper Sr. of Syracuse; her son Devin Laury-Cooper of Saginaw; and her grandparents, Jack and Shelly Diaz of Saginaw. She is also survived by many aunt, uncles, and cousins.
