With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Kathleen L. Counselman (Saginaw, Michigan), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 2, 2025 at the age of 76. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Wells and Katherine Wells (Zoellner); her sons, Randy Keys and Ralph Carpenter; her granddaughter Tonya Koch; and her sister Lorina Dubay.
She is survived by: her husband Paul Counselman; her children, Rochelle Yost (Roger), Robin Chamberlain, Danielle Counselman, Paul Counselman Jr., Monica Johnston (Ron) and Jason Counselman; and her sisters, Irene Exenkemper, Lorraine Halm and Arlene Sayan. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
