It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kevin Mark Rooker of Saginaw, Michigan, who passed away on January 1, 2026, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jacqueline Helena "Jackie" and Donald Rooker; his husband Bill Ostash; his siblings, Jeff Rooker (Gigi) and Cindy O'Connor (Todd); and his nieces and nephews, Kyle O'Connor (Randi), Nicole Brown (Curtis) and Sara Craves (Devin). He was also cherished by eight great nieces and nephews; several cousins, colleagues, and dear friends.
