He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Collins and Loretta Leaym; and his brother Ladd Collins. He is survived by: his stepfather Jack D. Leaym Jr. of Vassar; and his siblings, Paul Collins of Saginaw, Josh Leaym of Vassar, Lisa Rhode and Lynn Littlejohn (Mark). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends.
