He is survived by: his daughter Laura Smith of Ypsilanti, MI; his grandchildren, Jasmine Colier of Saginaw, MI, Dominique Colier of Saginaw, MI, Gerard Newcom of Saginaw, MI and Jessica Newsom of Saginaw, MI; his great grandchildren, Daniel of Saginaw, MI, Dominick Cazatous of Saginaw, MI, Jaliena Colier of Saginaw, MI and Cianna Garcia of Saginaw, MI; and his siblings, Lavon Wilson of Memphis, TN, Freddie Simpson (Dean) of Saginaw, MI, Shirley Presley (Derrick) of Saginaw, MI, Willie R. Smith of Carrolton, MS, Lloyd Smith of Memphis, TN and Clinton Smith of Carson City, MI. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
