She is survived by: her children, Tonya Miller (Brad), Mickey Owens (Sheila), Nickey Owens and William Owens Jr. (Michelle); and her brothers, Jason Moffett (Barb) and Edward Moffett (Jean). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren.
