It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mark S. Schmidt Sr. (Saginaw, Michigan), who passed away on April 21, 2024, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Mark S. Schmidt Sr. to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, James Schmidt and Sally Schmidt (Fila); and his wife Dawn M. Smith. He is survived by : his children, Michelle Andre (Dave), Mark Schmidt II (Abby) and Dane Schmidt; his grandson Benton Hamann; his stepgrandsons, Logan Andre and Carson Andre; and his siblings, James Schmidt, Jr. and Kathy Addy (Chuck).

Visitation was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Snow Funeral Home (3775 N Center Rd, Saginaw, MI 48603). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Oakwood Cemetery (6000 Gratiot Rd, Saginaw, MI 48638).
