It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Claire Thumme (Saginaw, Michigan), who passed away on July 6, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Manial and Isabel Manial (Pieprzyk); her husband William H. Thumme; her siblings, Ronald Manial (Diane) and Janet Kirby (Robert); and her sister-in-law Eileen Manial.
She is survived by: her children, Craig Thumme (Nichole) and Kim Hall (Steve); her grandchildren, Bryan Thumme (Emily), Mitchell Thumme (Katie), Jason Westra-Hall (Noah), Holly Houck and Ethan Houck; and her brothers, Donald Manial and Robert Manial (MaryAnn). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Friends may visit at the church where the family will be present on Monday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of Mass. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to Covenant V.N.A. Hospice or Amazing Grace Animal Rescue.
