She is survived by: her children, Elvin Owens Jr. (Terri Larsen) of Minneapolis, MN, Angelia Brooks (Lee) of Saginaw, MI, Diane Simmons (Michael) of Saginaw, MI, Frances Smith of Saginaw, MI, Louis Owens (Phyllis) of Flint, MI, James Owens (Monique) and Evelyn Ware (Jason) of Saginaw, MI.; her grandchildren, Elvin Owens III (Tangela), Whitney Gozenbach (Derek), Mandy Owens, Elijah Owens, Luckisha Washington, Josephine Seay, Sabrina Washington, Antoinette Washington, Derek Washington, Earline Brooks, Sterling Brooks (Tomika), Markeyla Bell (Steve), Ann Jackson, Keith Jackson, Angela Jackson, Andrew Owens (Elesha), Sherikia Baskin, Marcus Owens, Tawana Brewer (Lance), Jessica Watkins (Wayne), Sheana Owens, Darren Smith, Pamela Smith, Jalicia Jones (Kristian), Jasmine Owens, James Owens Jr., Jaquana Poindexter (Byron) and Donald Bivens III (Brittney); her stepgrandchildren, Tammy Barlow, Dan Larsen, Ashley Brown (Terrell), Lee Reynolds, Niara Owens, Madisyn Ware, Mya Bolds and Monica Bolds; and her goddaughter Terry Falls. She is also survived by children, 29 grandchildren, and 8 step-grandchildren.
