He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Swanson and Mildred Swanson (Pretzer); his wife Angie Swanson; his brother Brad Swanson; and his stepdaughter Sheila.
He is survived by: his brothers, Stephen (Barbara Swanson), Dale Swanson and Scott (Julie Swanson); and his pet Boomer. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
