She was predeceased by: her parents, Marilyn J. Kurn (Braun) and Dr. Samuel P. Kurn. She is survived by: her brothers, Mark Kern (Ellen), Jeffrey Kurn and Dr. David Kurn (Olga); her nieces and nephews, Dr. Heidi, Steven, Michael, Sara, Kristina and Spencer; and her aunts, Maryann Preisinger and Lois Braun.
