He was predeceased by: his parents, John Meyer and Apolonia Meyer; his wife Adelaide Keroson; his son-in-law Charlie Curell; and his siblings, Jacob, Adolph, Otto, Joseph, Paul, Ann Reiss, Frances Vordran, Alvina Luplow, Clara Garvey, Margaret Henning, Helen Ebenhoeh, Louise Schlachter, Mary Ploucha, Eleanor Premo, Deloris Maziarz and Madeline Greene.
He is survived by: his daughters, Janet Plas (Joe), Freeland and Connie Curell; his grandchildren, Jason Plas (Theresa) and Shanghai; his daughters, Jeana Foxman (Brad), Carly Curell and Madison Heights; his great grandchildren, Harper and Beckett Plas; his grandchildren, Ari and Adele Foxman; and his nephew Steven Gavit.
