He is survived by: his friend Judge Judy; his daughter Gwendolyn Lee (Blue); his grandchildren, Lamont (Shay) of Saginaw, MI, Blue of Saginaw, MI, Anthony Lee (Mahogany) of Saginaw, MI, LaTina Ware of Smyrna, GA, Barbette Cole (Lee) of Southfield, MI, Elwood Johnson III of Saginaw, MI and Cojunna Sutton (Frank) of Pontiac, MI; and his siblings, Dorothy Yopp, Anne Warren, Aaron Owens and Tommie Wells. He is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
