She was predeceased by: her parents, Norma Jean Chapman and O'neal Chapman; her husband Robert Thomas; her sons, Bennie Earl Thomas, Darrell Devon Chapman and Robert Earl Jr.; her granddaughter Kennadi Amos; and her siblings, Debra Edwards, Denise Chapman and Oneal Chapman Jr..

She is survived by: her daughters, Alicia Chapman and Latrice Jordan (Terrance); her grandchildren, Reggie Statom Jr., Vyterius Chapman, Kentorion, KDenn Amos, Nickeya Chapman, Darrell Chapman Jr., Airiana Hamilton, Robert Thomas Jr. and Saniya Jelks; her stepchildren, Amy Henderson of Memphis, TN, Beverly Thomas of Defiance, OH, LaSauka Miller of Saginaw, MI, William Miller of Toledo, OH and Charles Miller of Defiance, OH; her brother David Chapman; her stepbrother Lesile Hollman; her sisters, Barbara William of Saginaw, MI, Jessie Chapman of Saginaw, MI and Cynthia Gloss of Grand Rapids, MI; her stepsisters, Linda Cain of Maryland and Beverly Cain of Saginaw, MI.; her nieces, Jaquline Trouse and Lashawn McCormick; and her close friends, Gerald Wayne Adams and Harold. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
