She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Powell and Edna Powell (Wilkie); and her sisters, Catherine Near, Charlotte Chapman, Marjorie Hull and Madelon Curtis.

She is survived by: her daughters, Suzanne Schulte (Bob), Laura Jean Babbitt (Glenn) and Rebecca Fimmin (Peter). She is also survived by four grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
