He is survived by: his children, Tanita Jackson of Augusta, GA, Yolanda Frierson of Saginaw, MI, Rochelle Burch of Saginaw, MI, Karla Williams of Hampton, GA and Kirk Gilyard of Saginaw, MI; his stepson William Jr. Frierson (Anita); his siblings, Martha Jackson, Elijah Gilyard (Gwen) of Saginaw, MI and James Gilyard of Saginaw, MI; and his brother-in-law Gary Nichols of Flint, MI. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; 7 great-great grandchildren.
