Peter J. Mureiko Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Peter J. Mureiko of Saginaw, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 10, 2025 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Helen Stella Mureiko (Majewski); his son Christopher Mureiko; his father Peter Mureiko; and his parents-in-law, Allen and Mary Hiser.
He is survived by: his family Pete; his wife JoAnn Mureiko of Saginaw; his daughter Mary Wreggelsworth (Daniel) of Saginaw; his daughter-in-law Tessy Mureiko of Saginaw; and his grandchildren, Danielle of Saginaw, Hunter Wreggelsworth of Saginaw, Nicholas Murieko of Saginaw and Thomas Murieko (Kylie) of Saginaw.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Stephen Catholic Church (1310 Malzahn St, Saginaw, MI 48602). A Mass will be held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Dominic Parish (1310 Malzahn St, Saginaw, MI 48602).
In lieu of flowers, those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to a charity of the donor's choice.
