He was predeceased by: his parents, Patricia Jean Canfield and Harrold Kenneth Rice; and his sister Melody Jean Rice. He is survived by: his wife Ramona Brookins-Rice; his children, Steven Snider, Larry Rice (Tamara), Nicholas Rice, Randy Jr. Rice (Veronica), Nicole Kneuss (Joe) and Laura Thomas; his siblings, Kenneth Rice (June), Virginia Johnson (Willard), Tami Compton (Phil) and Penny Rice; his stepbrother Bob Wheeler; and his close friend Goldstein Caffey. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
