Brzezinski (Maciejewski); his sons, Nick Brzezinski (Janelle), Matt Brzezinski (Amber) and Jason Brzezinski (Kellie); his grandchildren, Caroline, Cooper, Henry, Arlo, Lucy, Addison, Peyton, Londyn and Hudson; his sister Terri; and his siblings-in-law, Tom Jozwiak, David, Beverly Maciejewski, Monica and Mark Koczenasz. He is also survived by His extended family includes many cherished nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
