He is survived by: his wife Aija Collison; his children, Holly Kay Thomas (Ken Hite), Kenneth John Collison (Tracy) and Kerri Lynn White (Lief); his stepchildren, Andreja Boensch, Aija Hall and Bill Hall; his grandchildren, Thomas, John, Luke, Gabriel, David Collison, Skyra, Rayna, Eden and Danu White; his siblings, Patricia Brettrager, Bridget Bittner (Don) and Michael Collison (Sheila); and his former wife Jeanine Collison. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
