He is survived by: his children, Stephen A. Midcalf (DeLynn), Catherine A. Midcalf (Roy Walker) and Suzanne M. Midcalf (Michael Thomas); his grandchildren, Alexandria Midcalf, Colin and Samantha Walker; and his sister Janet Ridgewell of Ft Pierce, FL. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
