He was predeceased by: his parents, Puckett Allen and Dorothy Allen (Frazer); and his brothers, Eugene Allen (Pauline) and Edward Allen. He is survived by: his wife Maureen Carroll; his children, Tim Hopper (Linda), Dan Hopper (Louise), Michele Hutchinson (Otis), Sharon Hopper (Lee Latocki) and Jennifer Rose (Jason); his grandchildren, Amy Bland, Ashley Hopper, Alyssa Kindervater, Michael Hall, Joe Scola, Dominic Scola, Alex Westendorf, Legan Rose, Sami Scola, Owen Rose and Griffin Rose; and his pet Daisy Mae.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Snow Funeral Home (3775 N Center Rd, Saginaw, MI 48603). A funeral service was held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
