He was predeceased by: his mother Vida Minard (Burt); and his brother Burt Minard. He is survived by: his father James Minard; his wife Debra K. Minard; his sister Rhonda Perri; his sibling's children, Kristi Wolverton (Kenny) and Kyle Minard; his sister-in-law Laurie Minard; and his friend Peter Pasterz.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Calendar W. L. Case and Company (4480 Mackinaw Rd, Saginaw, MI 48603). A masonic service was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Masonic Lodge #514. A funeral service was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the W. L. Case and Company (4480 Mackinaw Rd, Saginaw, MI 48603).
