He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett and Sally; and his granddaughter Alyssa Lauren. He is survived by: his wife Jackie; his brother Everett; his sister-in-law Patty Williamson; his children, Shannon Lorraine (Kelli Fraze) and David Michael (Haley Kitzmiller); his grandchildren, Roeby Thomas (Alyssa Nichols), Zackary David (Caitlyn), Jasmine Grace, Jordyn Grace, Emilie Danielle and Olivia Dae; and his great grandchildren, Braxton, Amya, Mayleigh and Ellisyn.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations are made in David's name to Friends Together to help others affected by cancer.
