He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Leroy and Betty McNier; and his wife Linda Kay Bonjour. He is survived by: his children, Melissa and David; his grandchildren, Wyatt and Emily (Melissa); his daughter Rachel; his sisters, Laurel "Lolly" Huff and Ann Bueche; and his pet Maggie. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
