He was predeceased by: his mother Anita (Flores); his wife Ramona Gonzalez; his son-in-law Edward Ortega; and his siblings, Connie Perez and Carlos Hernandez.
He is survived by: his children, Rosalva Ortega, Sylvia, David Hernandez, Sr., Elizabeth, Ramon and Bernadette Garibay; and his siblings, Anna, Joe, Juan, Jesse, Josefina and Helen. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
