He is survived by: his wife Annette Birkner; his children, Craig Gotham (Cherie), Deborah Nowaczyk (Thomas), Jody Kobel (Douglas) and Thomas Gotham (Sandy); his daughter-in-law Holly Gotham; and his sister Ruthann Hartl (Lyle). He is also survived by grandchildren; 20, great-grandchildren.
