He is survived by: his children, Michael Kukla (Dawn) and Kelly Perry (Michael); his grandchildren, Jacob Kukla, Jason Kukla, Sarah Shaheen, Bryan Lyons, Michael Lyons (Cami) and Stacie Richardson (Zak); his great grandchildren, Brantley Richardson, Owen Lyons, Annabelle Kukla, Blayke Richardson, Averi Lyons, Marli Lyons, Soren Lyons and Calli Lyons; his siblings, Diane Schroeder, Theodore Kukla (Sue) and Thomas Kukla (Delores); his sister-in-law Nancy Mix; his siblings, Robert Kukla, Gerald Kukla, Jacqueline Kukla and Michael Kukla; and his siblings-in-law, Milford Mix Jr., Sharon Mix (Alcorn) and Patricia Holthe (Mix). He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
