He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Unkel and Vera Unkel (Herman); his daughter Sarah Unkel White; and his brother Barry Unkel. He is survived by: his wife Carol Unkel; his children, Ron Unkel (Dawn), Alecia Strobel (Duane) and John Unkel (Samantha); his grandchildren, Ron E. W. Unkel (Elizabeth), Jonathan Unkel (Breezy), Joseph Waterbury (Kelsey), Nick Kim, Tim Kim, Yoney Kim, Ginger White and Thor White; the mother of his children Vera J. Unkel; his siblings, Gerald Unkel (Ruth), Bryan Unkel and Brenda Huff (Dale); his sister-in-law Carol J. Unkel; Hal Pryor. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren; his first spouse.
