He was predeceased by : his parents, Antonio Hernandez and Margarita Hernandez (Young); his wife Penny Hernandez; his son Marcos Hernandez; and his brothers, Antonio II and Fernando Hernandez.

He is survived by : his children, Monica Elliott (James), Magé Coffey (Joseph), Maria Hernandez, Eleanor Margarita Vasquez (Luis Zamudio III), Peggy Lewis, Angela Alexander (William), Rudolfo Moreno (Shawn), Rogelio Moreno (Amee), Amanda Clapper and Lynn Hernandez; his grandchildren, Myasiah, Arieana Hernandez, James Elliott, Alexandria, Joseph Coffey, Ariah, William Hernandez, Sherri Zamudio, Whitlee Nakovich (Matthew), Breanna, Javier Hernandez, Tori Wilson, Eric, Santino, Sergio Vasquez, Izayah, Damian, Raymond, Alena, Justine, Alexis, Rogelio Jr., Reaghan Moreno, D. J. and Cynthia Pritchett; his sister Alicia Villareal; and his nephew Antonio Hernandez III.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Fischer Family Funeral Services (504 N Michigan Ave, Saginaw, MI 48602).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in honor of Rudy may be made to his family to assist with funeral expenses.
