With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Serenity Sage Rembert (Saginaw, Michigan), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 10, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Yolanda "Maria" Torrez, Ishmael "Tito" Velez (Roseanna), Augustine Rodriguez, Juel Graham, Romana Gonzalez (Elias) and Oscar Landin; her aunts, Lollie Velez and Betty Velez; her uncle Abraham Velez; and her cousins, Kapri Stephens, De'Quaris Essex, Vanissa Flores-Velez and Keshawn "Chico" Banks.

She is survived by: her parents, Ishmael Rembert and Stephanie Velez; her siblings, Aleighla, Ariella, Isaiah and Samiyrah; her grandparents, Joy Rembert, Rufus Rembert and Maria Gomez; and her great-grandparent Lollie Velez. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
