She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Markva and Doris Markva (Ray); her husband Douglas Lee Johnson; her daughter Tammy LaRose; her sister Barb Martinez; her father-in-law Carl Wardlow; her great grandchild Ava Johns; her son-in-law Timothy LaRose; her brothers-in-law, Mike Czeisperger and Jimmie Anklam; and her friends, Denny McKay, Dawn Showalter and Sally Vance.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sheila Krulicki (Brian), Patti Hasse (Rodney) and Karrie Placher (Andrew); her grandchildren, Christina Skaggs (Mark), Kelsey Johns (Will), Ryan LaValey, Madison Krulicki (Ryland Carson), Jackie Rau (Mike), Brittanyann Bekemeier (Brad), Samantha Anthony (Tom), Christopher Wiley (Eden), Alex Placher, Macenzie LaFlure and Kaiden Placher; her great grandchildren, Jacob Skaggs, Olivia, Liam Johns, Kenley, Lainee Rau, Brynn, Brenna Bekemeier, Andi, Dani Anthony and Drake Trautman; her siblings, Connie Czeisperger and Kathee Vance; her mother-in-law Tharon Wardlow; and her siblings-in-law, Chris Anklam (Jimmie), Missy Hamm (Art) and Brad Johnson (Freddie). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
