She is survived by: her son Mike Wade (LeeAnn); her son-in-law Dick Simon; her grandchildren, Bobbi York, Jeff Wade (Andrea), Kristy Hose (Blaine) and Michelle Nault (Kevin); and her great grandchildren, Avery, Easton Wade, Peyton, Jaxson York, Brody Hose, Taylor and Haylie Nault.
