She was predeceased by: her parents, William O'Brien and Margaret O'Brien (McInnis); her husband William H. MacLachlan; and her sisters, Patricia Demsky, Colleen Dunn (William O'Brien) and Mary Kay Gehrls (Barbara McDonough).
She is survived by: her children, Patrick MacLachlan, Janine MacLachlan (Lauro Arias), Cynthia, Mark Gracey, Sharon and Eric Smith; her grandchildren, Andrew MacLachlan (Jacqueline), Michael MacLachlan, Ellyse Smith (Jake McLellan) and Cameron Smith; and her great grandchild Andrew MacLachlan Jr.. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Holy Spirit Catholic Church (1035 N River Rd, Saginaw, MI 48609). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
