She was predeceased by: her parents, Reva Irene Wells (Pierce) and Arthur Bruce Wells; her husband Robert James Burt; her stepmother Louise C. Wells; and her great grandchild Megan Masar.
She is survived by: her son Bruce Raymond (Susan Burt); her granddaughter Brandi; her children, Tom Masar, Trent, Chance, Tyler Masar and Deborah Ann (David LaBeff); her grandchildren, David LaBeff Jr. and Sasha McKenzie; her daughter Lori Lynn (Carl Gulacsik); her grandchild Jericho; her daughters, Kati Kocot, Jacoby (Sterling) and Kolte Kocot; her grandchildren, Sabrena Gulacsik and Casey Hathaway; and her daughter Megan Galeana. She is also survived by four children, seven grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, who are the love of her life.
