He is survived by: his wife Pam; his children, Heidi Christiansen (Jack) of Indiana, Valerie Sinnamon (John) of Massachusetts and Greg Lenz of Indiana; his granddaughter Madilynn Sinnamon; his brother Tom Lenz (Gretchen) of Michigan; and his stepmother Billie Lenz of Michigan.
