She was predeceased by: her parents, James Baldwin and Susan Baldwin (Conley); her husband Earl Baxter; and her siblings, Harry, Homer Baldwin, Roberta Mosies, Frances Rusco and Gayle Whipple.
She is survived by: her sons, Kevin Baxter (Kate), Alan Baxter (Susan) and Patrick Baxter (Shiela); her grandchildren, Megan, Kayla (Adam), Andrew (Nikki) and Kelsey (Chase Riever); and her great grandchildren, Luna, Natalie, Gage, Harlem and Bronx. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the W. L. Case and Company Funeral Directors (201 N Miller Rd, Saginaw, MI 48609). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
