He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Otto and Florence Otto (Heiman); and his wife Crystal Bergman. He is survived by: his children, C. J. Otto (Jaime) and Matt Otto (Janet); and his grandsons, Wesley, Hudson, Trent and Alex. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
