He was predeceased by: his father Chester Hoffman; his wife Nancy J. Lewis; his son Jeffery "Jeff" Hoffman; and his brother Ron Hoffman Sr.. He is survived by: his son Matthew Hoffman (Dawn); his grandchildren, Brenden, Jakeb, Alerie, Joseph and Dorothy; and his sisters, Mary Allum (Ed) and Patti Chapman. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
