She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond Johnson; her granddaughter Alexis; her parents, John Johnson and Luellen Johnson; and her son-in-law Howard.
She is survived by: her children, Betty Donald (Jean), Delois Smith, Barbara Ann Haywood, Marilyn, Shirley, Tina Johnson, Mary Jean Ward and Sheria Dexter; her godchildren, Kathleen Richardson and Curtis Manzie; her brother Harold Wilson (Naomi) of Sacramento, CA; her grandchildren, Shawn Weaver, Cedric Donald, Dr. LaMetria Johnson Eaddy (Gregory), Shalita Vining, Jamario Love (Pamala), Eric Donald (Shatara) and Shannon McDaniel (Veronica); her nieces, Catherine Wilson, Alice James, Carrie Williams, Patricia Hatcher and Mildred Freeman; and her cousins, Edward and Ernestine Robinson.
