She was predeceased by: her father Richard Sawvel; her husband Raymond Mitchell; her grandchildren, Raymond Mitchell and Jasmine Elaine-Marie Gonzales; and her niece Madisen Mader.

She is survived by: her children, Crystal Gonzales (Alyssa), Larry Gonzales Jr. (Crystal) and Raymond Mitchell (Rose); her grandchildren, Austin, Alyssa, Aaliyah and Joslynn; her mother Shirley Sawvel-Stevens (Swan); her significant other Larry Gonzales Sr.; and her siblings, Lisa Trumble (Emery), Richie Sawvel (Kelly), Timmy Sawvel (Shiela), Francis Jones (Edwin) and David Sawvel (Faye). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
