He was predeceased by: his father Thomas W. Scott. He is survived by: his mother Ruth A. Scott (Zervan) of Burt; his brother Doug Scott of St. Charles; his pet Winchester; his aunts and uncles, Diane Brill of Burt, Jerry (Marie Zervan), Michelle (Brian Palko) and Agnes Zervan of Burt; and his caregiver Wendy.
