He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Howell and Evelyn Howell. He is survived by: his wife Bernardette Coselman (Bunny); his sons, Matthew and Anthony "Tony"; his brothers, Bill Howell and Larry Howell (Pat); and his in-laws, Roberta Bouck, Brenda Putman and Alana Coselman. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
