He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Kutz and Alyce Kutz; his wife Diana Williams; and his grandson Justin Kutz. He is survived by: his children, Valerie Kutz-Otway (Dennis Otway), Kristin Kutz, Kathy Simmons, Brian Kutz (Carey) and Cheryl Kutz; his grandchildren, Lisa Stine (John), Megan Ladouceur (Keith), David Simmons, Nicholas Simmons (Jessica), John Simmons, Steven Simmons, Zackary Kutz (Emma), Isabel Kutz and Nathan Kutz; his great grandchildren, Alexander Stine, Hunter Stine, Daniel Simmons, Caleb Simmons and Sophie Ladouceur; and his sister Janet Goodrich. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
