He was predeceased by: his parents, George Skidmore and Kathryn Skidmore (Hards); his wife Marilyn Ione Rice; and his siblings, Lloyd, Robert, Delores, John and Lois.
He is survived by: his children, David Loren (Teri) of Merrill and Kathy (Douglas) of DuPont. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, and many extended family members and friends.
