He was predeceased by: his mother Marilyn LeVan. He is survived by: his significant other Carrie Pretzer; his children, Craig LeVan (Rachel), Samantha Streeter (Alex) and Kaden LeVan; his grandchildren, Ryder Hart and Isla Streeter; his sister Martina LeVan (Steve Billmeier); his uncle Sherman LeVan (Sue); his mother-in-law Linda Pretzer; his in-law Becky Thurston (Chad); his close friends, Pete, Jack and Pat Roemer; and his brothers, Lyle, Chuck and Gene.

Memorial donations can be made to the family, in remembrance of Marty.
