She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Ingram and Leota Ingram (Haemmerlein); her husband David O'Toole; her siblings, Dianne and Robert'Butch'; and her daughter-in-law Aki O'Toole.
She is survived by: her children, Katie O'Toole, Lindsay Ballor (Mike), David O'Toole (Erica), Amber Dudzik (Mike), Darnell Piazza (Mike) and Ian O'Toole (Cristy); and her grandchildren, Jack, Brody, Erin, Jamie, Oliver, Zeke, Hudson and Joel.
