He is survived by: his fiancée Shelley Slivinski; his son Nathan Burbank; his stepchildren, Danielle O'Dette, Sarah Luna (Miguel), Jenni Slivinski and Aimee Slivinski; his grandchildren, Bentley, Ayden, Elijah and Adeline; and his aunt Linda Baker.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Saints Snowmobile Club (8230 S Fordney Rd, St Charles, MI 48655).
