She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Young and Eva Young; her husband Bernard Jacobs; and her brother Kenneth Young. She is survived by: her children, Dena Shields (Mike), Bernard Jacobs (Margaret) and Tracy Rossi (Oscar); her grandchildren, Aaron Jacobs (Karissa), Paige Shields, Marcello Rossi, Trevor Shields and Nicholas Rossi; and her great grandchild Daphne Jacobs.
Memorial donations in memory of Diane are suggested to the Alzheimer's Association.
