Jacob D. Klomp Obituary

We are sad to announce that on October 25, 2025, at the age of 28, Jacob D. Klomp (Saint Clair Shores, Michigan), born in Detroit, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid Jacob farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Jacob is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Maureen, Dennis Knoll and Edward Klomp. He is survived by: his parents, Karl and Barbara; his sister Alexandra (Devin); his significant other Nour; and his grandmother Hildegard Klomp. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and great friends.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Arthur J VanLerberghe Funeral Home (30600 Harper, St Clair Shores, MI 48082). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. John Lutheran Church (16339 E 14 Mile Rd, Fraser, MI 48026).
